Technology as the Foundation: The National-Level Innovative Nature of Jitri Intelligent Manufacturing

"Since its establishment in 2016, Jiangsu Jitri Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the vision of 'becoming an irreplaceable company in the robot field' and devoted itself to the research and development of advanced industrial robotic arms, collaborative, and intelligent life-service robots"," IMANE clarified the company's positioning at the outset at the Morocco Investment Matchmaking Conference. As a national-level specialized, sophisticated, refined and new "Little Giant" enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise, the company has formed a core team of 128 members, among whom over 50% hold master's degrees or above, with an average age of less than 32 years old. This young and professional team has undertaken 29 national and provincial-level major scientific and technological projects, and obtained 382 patents and software copyrights.

IMANE emphasized that the company's core competitiveness stems from the development philosophy of "innovation-driven development." Through continuous research in multiple fields such as robotics hardware, control systems, and software algorithms, it has constructed a full-process technological closed loop of "perception-decision-execution. Notable breakthroughs have been achieved in key technologies such as collaborative robot vibration suppression and embodied intelligence, providing a solid foundation for the research and development of products for diverse industrial and life-service scenarios. Currently, the company's products are deployed in 34 countries and regions, and IIMT is capable of providing technical support in multiple languages, including Chinese and English, delivering efficient and reliable services to its global customers.

Industrial Manufacturing Scenarios: Robots Reshape the Boundaries of Production Efficiency

When talking about the product layout in the industrial manufacturing field, IMANE focused on introducing two core series: collaborative robots and welding robots. Our CI series collaborative robots are specially designed for flexible and intelligent applications, with load capacities ranging from 3 kg to 20 kg. These robots can handle light to heavy material handling, effectively improving efficiency, reducing manual labor risks, and ensuring workplace safety," IMANE further explained. These robots can reach a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm and have a maximum working radius of 1650 mm, delivering high precision and adaptability across a wide range of applications not only in industrial manufacturing but also in life service sectors. The CI series supports multiple communication protocols such as TCP/IP and ModBus-RTU/TCP, allowing seamless integration into diverse operational scenarios. image.png

In welding scenarios, the company's portable welding robots, available in MIG and laser types, have become representative products that IMANE referred to as "reshaping industrial boundaries." "This type of robot adopts a magnetic adsorption base design, which allows multi-attitude installation such as vertical, inverted, and side-mounted positions. Equipped with a laser weld tracking system, it can complete various welding processes, including straight welding, weaving welding, and arc welding on materials with a thickness of 1–5 mm," IMANE explained. Taking traditional manufacturing as an example, IMANE illustrated how this product addresses the pain points of complex welding environments and protects human operators from dangerous tasks. Through drag-and-drop teaching technology, ordinary workers can quickly set up welding tasks without mastering complex programming, greatly reducing the operation threshold while ensuring stable welding quality. Currently, these robots are widely applied in auto parts, machinery manufacturing, and other industrial fields.image.png

Life Service Scenarios: Robots Deliver "Warmth and Convenience"

"In addition to the industrial field, we also pay attention to the needs of life service scenarios, using technology to make daily services more intelligent and considerate," IMANE shifted the focus to life service products with a change of tone. The intelligent coffee robot is one of the star products, and IMANE elaborated on its innovative "integrated intelligent ordering and delivery" process: "After users complete mobile ordering via their phones, the robot will automatically complete coffee making links such as cup taking, milk frothing, and extraction. Subsequently, the supporting mobile unmanned vehicle will carry the coffee, independently plan the route and deliver it to the designated location via the elevator. Users can scan the code to open the cabin door to pick up the coffee, and the robot will automatically return to the base for charging after completing the service. The entire process requires no manual intervention."

According to IMANE, this coffee robot can make a cup of coffee in only 70 seconds, which is more than twice as fast as traditional manual work. It can continuously make 180 cups with one-time material addition, and covers an area of only 3 square meters. One employee can manage 10 devices at the same time, significantly reducing operating costs. Currently, it has been exported to chile , Spain, Netherlands and USA, serving as "convenient service stations" in business parks, universities, communities and coffee shops. In addition, the company's cleaning robots and disinfection robots also play an important role in life scenarios. Among them, the IIMT-CL-W cleaning robot can realize sweeping, mopping and vacuuming functions simultaneously, while the disinfection robot supports two disinfection modes: ultraviolet and dry mist. They are suitable for public spaces such as shopping malls, hospitals and office buildings, providing guarantee for environmental hygiene protection.

Cutting-Edge Exploration: Humanoid Robots Open Up Multi-Scenario Applications

After introducing its mature products, IMANE shared the company's R&D progress in humanoid robots, describing them as "a new height of human-robot collaboration." "Our humanoid robots feature a design combining a wheeled chassis with flexible arms, ensuring both stability and versatile operation," IMANE explained. In elderly care, the robots can monitor the health of the elderly, assist with tasks such as medication management and item delivery, and provide companionship. In industrial settings, the robots have been piloted on production lines, performing tasks such as fixture replacement and component assembly, helping to improve efficiency and safety in complex factory environments.

At the end of the speech, IMANE emphasized that, whether in industrial manufacturing or life service applications, IIMT Robotics’ products are designed to operate efficiently across diverse scenarios, adapting to different environments and tasks. "Looking ahead, we will continue  to advance R&D in areas such as embodied intelligence and AI to further enhance our robots’ capabilities and applications, ultimately creating greater value for customers worldwide."
